The Lagos Jam combines the character of the Ikoyi Blend with tender jolliness that comes from Bell peppers. It merges the zing of the Blend with a jammy mix of contrasting but complementary sweetness. Made here in Royal Greenwich, London, the Jam is a distillation of the boldness of the Ikoyi Blend and the tender jolliness that comes from Bell peppers combined with honey. We use the same high quality, red-ripe Capsicum Chinense as with the Ikoyi Blend, chopped, and mixed with fine-ground Bell peppers, honey and olive oils 🙂

The Jam works very well with savoury meals such as fried rice, Jollof rice or pasta. It makes for a great topping on hard cheeses with red wine, and it also works with fast food, including burgers, fries; or as a side to go with your fish and chips. You can also rub it into candidates for the barbecue, to give them a honey-glazed zingy taste when they come off the grill. Enjoy!

Salad Splash
This is a very simple recipe; simply add a dash of the Lagos Jam to any salad; mix it in to give a dash of colour and a sweet-chilli effect with a lovely flavour. It is a game changer for plain salads, but it works equally well with richer or more complex salad arrangements. Our products are made from healthy Olive oil, peppers and honey, to complement any healthy vegetarian arrangement.
